I have been married for 23 years to my high school sweet heart and have 4 amazing boys who try to "barre" in the kitchen with me. It's quite the site. I started dancing when I was 4 years old and I am so excited to have that little bit of dance back in my life full of awesome boys and testosterone.
I have an Exercise and Sports Science degree from the University of Utah where I also danced and was the assistant director for the Crimson Line Dance Team. I have taught dance, aerobics (with leg warmers) and kindergarten before being a full time mom. My motto is "Don't major in the minor things, relax, breathe and don't stress". My goal is to help clients have fun, feel good and love themselves through exercise so that they will enjoy the journey and make it a habit for life. I absolutely love watching and playing golf, basketball, soccer and tag with my husband and boys....then, in my nicest voice, I asks them clean, decorate and move furniture for me. Win,win!!!
