Our Story
It all started when...
In 2009 Ethan and I signed up for our first pilates reformer class. We were engaged to be married and both enjoyed exercising in our spare time, so we decided this would be a great way to spend some time together. I immediately fell in love with the reformer, but little did we know this class would be life changing for Ethan. He suffered for years from the effects of two herniated discs, and had regular steroid injections in his lumbar spine. Within about a month, attending two reformer classes a week, he became completely pain and symptom free! For the next year and a half he was able to continue his twice-a-week class schedule and did not require a single steroid injection!! His physician said "Whatever you are doing.... keep doing it!!!" The dream of opening our own studio started then. At the time we were both working for a medical device company. We added two more children to our "Brady Bunch" family and I transitioned to a stay at home mom job. As our younger children grew, the opportunity presented itself to move forward with our plans. Our vision is to create a beautiful space that is easily accessible and affordable, where the community can enjoy a variety of exercise modalities including the Pilates that we love. Voila! Pilates Revolution and Fitness was born. We are so excited to be pursuing this dream together and look forward to sharing our creation with friends, family, and the community where we live!

What is Emsculpt Neo?
EMSCULPT Neo is a non-invasive device that builds muscle and burns fat. Patients can target various muscle groups including the triceps, biceps, abdominals, buttocks, outer thighs, inner thighs, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves.
Procedure time is 30 minutes per treatment. 4 treatments are standard for best results. However, the number of treatments vary based on each client’s body type and individual goals. EMSCULPT Neo can treat patients up to BMI 35.
Science behind the emsculpt Neo
EMSCULPT Neo simultaneously emits both radio frequency and high intensity electromagnetic energies (HIFEM) through paddles that are strapped onto the patient’s desired treatment area. On average, these technologies result in 30% fat reduction and a 25% muscle mass increase after just 4 treatments. The radio frequency technology triggers targeted fat cells to become apoptotic, resulting in fat cell death. The HIFEM technology uses a magnetic pulse to create involuntary muscle contractions.
Because the EMSCULPT Neo is non-surgical and non-invasive, there is no downtime! Best results are typically seen 1-3 months after the patient’s last EMSCULPT Neo treatment. 30 scientific publications make HIFEM technology the most intensively researched body contouring technology since its introduction in 2018.
