Tanya Shain

Tanya started as a yoga instructor in 2015 after completing her 500hr TT. A year later, she pursued pilates and became certified in Stott. She was mentored by a Fletcher pilates trainer who introduced her to Anatomy Trains in Motion, which she loves incorporating in her classes. She’s also certified in Yin and {Pre/Postnatal yoga.

Outside of teaching, she enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son and their two dogs.
